FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

Q. Who owns and operates Breton Bay Golf & Country Club?

A. Breton Bay Golf & Country Club is owned by Stockholders and overseen by a board of directors. Shares are traded/purchased with approval of the board.

Q. What do I get when I join Breton Bay Golf & Country Club?

A. When you become a Member at Breton Bay, you will have access to the facilities you have elected on your application (Golf, Tennis,Swimming).

Q. What types of memberships are available at Breton Bay?

A. 2009 Annual Memberships are now available for individuals and families for golf, swim and tennis without initiation fee and no monthly minimums

Q. Will Breton Bay be offering Corporate Memberships?

A. No, they are not being offered for 2009. While there are only two classes of membership, Individual or Family, your invoices can still be mailed to your place of business if you so choose.

Q. Who is eligible for membership?

A. Membership at Breton Bay is available by invitation. The Club will maintain a strict policy of non-discrimination, its goal being to create a diverse and dynamic membership.

Q. Are membership levels at Breton Bay regulated or limited?

A. Yes. We are below the desired level at this time.

Q. Will Breton Bay offer membership charging privileges?

A. Yes. Members can use their Club charge account to pay for their Club purchases. Member charges will be billed monthly.

Q. Is there a special discount for Military, Seniors, etc.?

A. We have discounts for juniors and seniors for weekday play. We also have a twi-light rate for after 3:oo PM each day.

Q. Does Breton Bay offer a food & beverage service?

A. Yes, there is a grill on-site & they offer breakfast, hot and cold sandwiches, snacks & alcoholic beverages and light evening fare..

Q. May women and children play at Breton Bay?

A. Of course! Breton Bay does not have any gender-based restrictions of any kind. Children under twelve must be accompanied by a parent, and may be excluded from certain peak-time play (such as weekend and holiday mornings), but the Club will sponsor a host of junior clinics and programs.

Q. Must Members use a golf cart when playing Breton Bay?

A. Members must use golf carts on Weekends prior to 1:00 PM (Apr-Nov)

Q. Will Breton Bay have any “guest” restrictions?

A. No. The Club encourages Members to bring their guests to enjoy the Club amenities. As the number of memberships grow, it is anticipated that Members may be prohibited from taking guests at certain peak times (as at most private clubs).

Q. Does Breton Bay host golf outings?

A. Yes. Like most semi-private golf courses, we will host a number of non-member golf outings and tournaments to supplement golf course revenue, but try to schedule these outings on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
